Coronavirus COVID-19 update for our customers
Providing a safe environment for our customers and the communities we operate in will always be our number one priority. In times such as these, when people are spending longer periods of time at home, heating is more important than ever. We are doing the best we can to meet and keep up with the demand and are lucky that all of our products are made right here in Australia. We are doing everything we can to keep our customers and our team safe and healthy in accordance with the Federal Government and World Health Organisations guidelines and recommendations.
Over the past few weeks and moving forward, we have taken a range of precautionary measures across our stores including:
- Commencing increased cleaning and sanitisation of our stores.
- Preparing our teams to follow the practices set out by the WHO and Government
- Asking any team members displaying flu like symptoms to refrain from coming to work.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities.
